Elaboration 

Night harvest to maintain fue temperature of fue fruit at 5ºC, making it one of the most important steps at the moment of the extraction of varietal aromas in white wines.

Have been used the most modern vinemaking techniques remain the wine for three months in natural less contact.

Tasting Notes 

Straw yellow color, clean, bright with intense flashes. Powerful on the nose, with ripe tropical bit, fennel, and a dellcate balsamic. Expressive wine on the palate, intense, round, hesh acidity with a long, elegant finish.

Mouth Velvety and big with a touch of acidity that produces a lasting aftertaste with a characteristic bitterness on the backpalate.
Serving temperature 7-9 °C
Recommended for Fish and seafood dishes.
